Jonathon has spent 19 years working his way up the ladder in the entertainment industry. He has such been a part of indie successes as Dedication (bought by at Sundance Film Festival in 2005), and April Showers (true story based on Columbine Shooting). In 2019, He helped finance Gia Coppola’s second feature, Mainstream, starring Andrew Garfield. Mainstream world premiered at the Venice International Film Festival and was also an official selection of the 2020 Telluride Film Festival. Jonathon also helped finance indie western, Hell on the Border, starring Ron Perlman and Frank Grillo.
He’s written five feature film scripts now, with his third garnishing overwhelming positive feedback from all the top screenwriting competitions, including BlueCat, American Zoetrope, and the Austin Film Festival.
Jonathon has won national awards for his music videos, short films he has written, directed, and produced, and his wedding films. He is a producer on Saban Films/ Paramount Picture’s Chariot (2022) starring John Malkovich, Thomas Mann, and Rosa Salazar.
Jonathon has spent the last 3 years developing a 9 episode true crime anthology tv series currently titled, THE LORDS OF ACID, which plans to begin production in summer of 2025.
He plans to produce first dramatic feature, Death Threats & Thank You Notes afterwards. He has a full slate of films ready to be produced and looks forward to sharing his creative vision with the world.
